This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Hydrovac Excavating Sevices, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The City invites qualified and experienced contractors to respond to this request for tender for the provision of up to 2 hydrovac excavator trucks complete with qualified crews for regular work day hours, providing health and safety compliant, non-destructive, hydrovac excavation services,  at, near and adjacent to utilities and pipelines, fibre optic cabling, and other buried infrastructure.
