This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Custodial Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener is looking to partner with a qualified Custodial Contractor to Provide qualified, timely, and on call after hours custodial services. Open and close the locations as specified, and service the washrooms, spray pads, change rooms and all other areas as each facility is either opened or closed. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
