This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Private Property Cleanup, Maintenance and Repair Services as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener invites qualified contractors to respond to this request for quotation for the clean-up, maintenance, and repair of privately owned properties as directed by the bylaw enforcement division. Respondents are expected to perform this work and be able to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and be able to comply with the requirements as defined here-in. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
