The City is seeking to retain a consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 community grants and in-kind facility grants in order to update and restructure the program to ensure it is effectively supporting the City’s strategic priorities, meeting the needs of the community and community organizations, and effectively, efficiently, and transparently administering grant funding. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
